It is always labelled Sponsored and stays separate from the community tally. Paying for a page never affects whether locals recommend you or where you appear in the list.

Does paying change my place in the community tally?
No. The tally is based on genuine recommendations from locals. A Sponsored page is clearly labelled and never changes the tally or a business’s position.
What can I include on my page?
Your page can include your website, phone number, trading hours, photos, a short business overview and a current offer. After your order, I’ll be in touch to gather the details and agree the page content with you.
Does the A$120 first-year payment renew automatically?
No. The first-year payment is for 12 months and does not renew automatically. If you want to keep your page after that, you can choose the A$99 annual renewal.
How does the A$99 renewal work?
It is for an existing Sponsored page after its first year. Once started, it renews every 12 months until cancelled. You can cancel before the next renewal if you no longer want to keep the page.
Will a Sponsored page guarantee visits or new customers?
No. The site is still growing, so I can’t promise traffic, enquiries or sales. The page gives people a clear place to learn about your business and get in touch.
